Learn classic French cooking techniques while you enjoy an elevated Parisian menu in this class. Chef Dom will show you the the art of a simple French salad and secrets to a perfect jammy egg, braising techniques for tender and mouthwatering red wine braised short ribs, how to get luxuriously smooth potatoes (or pommes puree), and all the tips you need to make restaurant-quality soufflé at home.

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
