Date night for two? Let me teach you how to make a 3-course meal in less than one hour. Treat yourself and someone special to a delicious dinner for two that is elegant, but simple. Let's make a "fancy" Italian chopped salad with a few tweaks that you can do to make this special, like oven-dried tomatoes and crispy chickpea croutons. For our entree, we're making pork chops in a skillet deglazed with Marsala in a creamy mushroom sauce. Finish off your night with creamy coffee pudding cups finished with a "dirt" crumb topping and flowers coming out of it. They look adorable!
