Buttermilk chicken who? In this class, we are doing a Brined & Fried Chicken where we create a juicy interior and crispy exterior. Paired with a pickle-y cucumber salad for a refreshing bite with a decadent piece of chicken. How bad can that be? Hot Pepper Cornbread is up next, served with a decadent honey butter to spread all over your body, if you'd like. Anywhere there's fried chicken, there better be collard greens; and do we have the Black Eyed Peas & Collard Greens for you! An underutilized dark leafy green that with a little tender loving care, can evolve into a masterpiece. We'll toss in some ham hocks for additional smokey flavor. As we all know the "soul" in Southern Comfort Food is Cheddar. Well what about Southern-Style Three Cheese Mac & Cheese? Combining the amazing power of funky cheese flavors to add that creamy comforting element you long for. We'll take 10 orders of that, please! Rounding off this mouth-watering meal we'll introduce you to your new summer craving: Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream, Amaretti & Honey.

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
