Spanish Tapas Table - 12/17

This class begins with a classic to any Spanish Table: Seafood Paella. Paella is multifunctional and can handle whatever proteins you put in. We are using mussels, shrimp, chorizo & chicken for our paella. A delightful smokey blend of flavor. And of course, one must have those greens for tapas! We'll be making a Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad with Manchego & Candied Almonds. This crunchy salad is a new way to process Brussels sprouts. Another classic side dish in Spain is grilled peppers. Typically pepino peppers are on the table in Spain, but Shishito Peppers are more widely available. Tossed with a little olive oil & a little gladly salt, we'll be making Grilled Shishito Peppers. But wait, we need the crunch! How about a crispy fried bite of perfection?These Patatas Bravas are so creamy and crispy that they are a star appetizer anywhere they go. Topped with a Spicy Garlic Aioli these are a forsake slam dunk. Finally we will finish with a Spanish Almond Cake. Highlighting the beauty of a simple sponge cake infused with lemon and orange zest, this gluten free dessert is one to try this summer at Table for 12.

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule all reservations within 48 hours of the scheduled class time due to low registration and/or extenuating circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your reservation free of charge or provide a full refund.
