The cheese will be enjoyed alongside fresh pita and a \u003cstrong\u003eMelitzanosalata\u003c\/strong\u003e, a smoky Greek eggplant dip, similar to hummus. \u003cstrong\u003eTomatokeftedes\u003c\/strong\u003e are unique to Santorini, made from chopped tomatoes, onions, and herbs, coated in flour and lightly fried until crisp.
