Summer in the Caribbean - 8/1

This class begins with a refreshing Caribbean crunch. We'll be making a Roasted Carrot Ginger Kale Salad with Pickled Fresno Chiles;  a new fresh combo pairing sweet & bitter brought together in harmony by your new go-to ginger dressing. Our main course this class is a delicious spicy & flavorful blend of Dry-Rubbed Jerk Chicken for maximum flavor and served with a Fresh Pineapple Salsa. Taste bud Heaven! Cuban Black Beans too! Balancing out the delicious spices we will be making savory version of a well known sweet dessert: Coconut Mango Sticky Rice. We'll season the cooked rice with fresh mango, lime & scallion. An Absolute killer side dish. Finishing off our trip to the culinary Caribbean, we'll be making Pineapple Spiced Rum Cakes. Delicious!

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule all reservations within 48 hours of the scheduled class time due to low registration and/or extenuating circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your reservation free of charge or provide a full refund.
