Tapas Time in Madrid 06/07/25

Skip the airport and let our Chef take you on a guided culinary tour of the La Latina neighborhood of Madrid, home of Spain's most iconic food tradition: Tapas!  We will cover four of the most iconic tapas in Spain including Gambas al Ajillo, shrimp sauteed with paper-thin sliced garlic with a touch of arbol chili and Spanish sherry wine.  Next up is Ensaladilla Rusa con Atún, a humble yet delicious potato and egg salad topped with Spanish tuna conserva.  Another Spanish classic that will be showcased is the Tortilla Española, a remarkable frittata-style omelette with confit onion and potato suspended in a creamy center.  The final savory offering is Fideua de Mariscos - a seafood "paella" that replaces rice with short thin noodles.  As a sweet finish to the evening we will also learn how to make a Tarta de Santiago.  This incredibly tasty cake is made exclusively with almond flour and is flavored with lemon and cinnamon and stenciled with powdered sugar in the shape of the cross of St. James in recognition of the pastry's namesake.

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
