Join Chef Dom for a taste of Italy’s finest flavors. In this class, you’ll learn the secrets to a perfect risotto and how to bring it to the next level with a few special ingredients, braising techniques with a traditional braciole in red sauce, and you’ll practice making sensational roasted brussels sprouts like you’ve never had them before. You’ll finish the evening by creating an indulgent semolina cake. Best of all -- Chef Dom will teach you new culinary tips and tricks with this menu, but you get to eat it all too!

 

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
