Join Chef Dom for an evening full of cozy and warming Middle Eastern flavors. In this class, you'll learn the secrets to succulent yogurt-marinated chicken and techniques for char-grilling; how to combine sweet, spicy, sour, and bitter flavors in a toasted quinoa salad dressed with fresh herbs; to create a basmati rice dish with caramelized flavors like you've never had them before; and how to bring rich and nutty tahini into a decadent dessert.


This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
