MORE ABOUT THIS CLASS: Knife skills are an important part of any cooks arsenal. Sometimes you need help breaking old habits or learning new ways to not cut yourself. You will learn how to hold the knife and your hands more safely to prevent any injuries in the kitchen. This takes time and practice, so I hope you take these into your dinner making experience. In this class we'll also be whipping up a Vegetable Curry & Rice as well as a lesson in Homemade Vegetable Stock.
