Kachumber Salad: a South-Indian twist on a Mediterranean salad that is perfect as a light appetizer, or as a palate cleanser between spicy or savory bites.  Next up is Chicken Biryani, a fragrant and colorful rice dish featuring an array of aromatics, fresh vegetables, and marinated chicken thighs.  For the spice enthusiasts, we will also be covering Lamb Vindaloo, tender pieces of lamb stewed in a rich, spicy sauce.  No Indian feast would be complete without Garlic Paneer Naan, a classic taken to another level with the addition of paneer cheese.  To finish the evening on a light and refreshing note, Rose Pudding, a naturally thickened rice pudding scented with rose blossom.
