~ Taco Tuesday: Michoacán Edition ~

April 1st, 6pm

Traveling to Michoacán for this Taco Tuesday! In this class, we will make Homemade Sopes topped with crispy Pork Carnitas. These beautiful tacos are paired with cotija cheese and pineapple salsa. Also on the menu is a silky smooth pinto bean soup called Sopa Tarasca.  If you've never made them before, now's your chance! Our Chef will show you how to make a beautiful Chile Relleno. All good things must come to an end, but before they do, let's finish with soft and sweet Vanilla & Chocolate Conchas.
