Mihoacán Taco Night

Tuesday, January 20th at 6pm

In this class, we will make Homemade Sopes topped with crispy Pork Carnitas. These beautiful tacos are paired with a cotija cheese and pineapple salsa. Also on the menu is a silky smooth pinto bean soup called Sopa Tarasca.  If you've never made them before, now's your chance! Our Chef will show you how to make a beautiful Chile Relleno. All good things must come to an end, but before they do, let's finish with soft and sweet Vanilla & Chocolate Conchas.
