Milan cuisine is as distinctive as its fashion; the region's environment and ingredients define it. Milan, in the Lombardy region, is known for rich and hearty dishes made with rice, cheese, and breaded, as in one of our interpretations of a classic dish, Crispy Chicken Milanese. We will also prepare a beautiful pasta, Paccheri alla Vittorio (inspired by the original 3-Michelin-starred dish from Da Vittorio in Bergamo, Italy). Mortadella Meatballs are a sensation, rich, earthy, and flavorful; you’ll want to hang on to this recipe! And to conclude, Fresh Pistachio-Filled Cannolis, in all their delicately crisp and sweet glory. 

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule all reservations within 48 hours of the scheduled class time due to low registration and/or extenuating circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your reservation free of charge or provide a full refund.
