Skip the airport and let our Chef take you on a guided culinary tour of the beautiful Spanish region of Barcelona.  Located in the northeast of the country, the is beautiful mountainous region is home to some of the best food in all of Spain.  In this class we will cover 5 regional dishes in the style of Tapas!  Starting off we have Escalivada Catalana, red peppers, sweet spanish onion, and eggplant are roasted whole then cleaned and dressed in a vinaigrette made with their own natural juices and of course some delicious toasty bread!  Next up is Pan con Tomate, crusty toasted bread rubbed with garlic and marinated tomato and absolutely dripping with Spanish olive oil.  Gambas al Ajillo represents perhaps Spain's #1 most popular tapas dish and should always be accompanied by good crusty bread..  For a more communal dish, Fideua de Mariscos, a variation of the traditional Paella that substitutes toasted vermicelli pasta noodles for rice!  For dessert, a regional specialty: Crema Catalana, a beautiful marriage of cinnamon and citrus-scented pastry cream topped with brûlée'd sugar that will make you forget all about créme brûlée.

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
