Fireside Dinner in Napoli - 10/24/26

Food in Napoli (Naples, Italy) is known for its rustic elegance, a spirit that is reflected in tonight's menu. Earthy kale replaces Romaine lettuce in our Kale Caesar Salad, and our Chef will show you how to make a fresh Caesar dressing. Orecchiette Pasta - or "little ears" - is another nod to the rustic charm of Napoli cooking. This fresh, handmade pasta will be paired with a savory tomato-and-meat sauce and is the perfect accompaniment to the Pan-seared White Fish over artichoke puree and sweet-and-sour caponata. Our visit to Naples wouldn't be complete without an espresso in cake form. Our chocolate espresso cake is a delightful end to a beautiful meal.

On the Menu:

Kale Caesar Salad, Orecchiette Alla Silana (Meat Sauce), Pan-Seared White Fish over Artichoke Puree & Eggplant Caponata, and a Dark Chocolate Espresso Cake.

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule all reservations within 48 hours of the scheduled class time due to low registration and/or extenuating circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your reservation free of charge or provide a full refund.
