Handmade Pasta Table - 9/15

Pasta Round 2. If you love making pasta, or are afraid to make pasta on your own, this is the class for you. We will be cooking an all vegetarian pasta menu bringing exciting shapes and new recipes to get you even more excited about pasta. We will be making an easy Everyday Italian chopped salad my grandma taught me growing up. Adding a little more flare with crusty skillet toasted croutons. We will jump right into a fun hand rolled pasta shape called gnudi. Pairing this ricotta dumpling in the creamiest vodka sauce, this pasta tastes amazing and it's even better paired with a quick tomato sauce. Contrasting the rich tomato sauce with a cheesy pappardelle recipe perfect for springtime, using fresh zucchini ribbons and broccolini to mimic the thickness from the popular wide noodle. A hugely new exciting recipe for those pasta-lovers who love to use seasonal ingredients. To finish off the menu, we will make a delicious Lambrusco Pears. A widely loved braised fruit dish that you can make a million different ways. We will make this extra tasty by layering these with crunchy amaretti cookies, vanilla ice cream, and the reduced wine syrup. Get into it!

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule all reservations within 48 hours of the scheduled class time due to low registration and/or extenuating circumstances.In these cases, we will offer to reschedule your reservation free of charge or provide a full refund.
