@Missemisweet's Stuffed Cookie Showcase & Brunch - 12/21/25

Come learn Miss Semi Sweet's secret recipes for her signature stuffed cookies!  This 3-hour masterclass will start with a 2-course brunch served by Table for 12 Executive Chef Loren Larsen featuring two signature Latin-inspired dishes: Tabla de Ensalada Mixta with little gem lettuce, cotija cheese, and a creamy avocado dressing, and Chilaquiles with borracho beans and chili-lime bacon!  Afterwards, students will be guided through the creation of 2 signature cookies to prepare and take home (or eat fresh out of the oven!):

#1 - Cranberry Orange Cookie stuffed with a marshmallow fluff buttercream, rolled in sugar and orange zest

#2 - Peppermint Hot Chocolate Cookie stuffed with a peppermint chocolate buttercream topped with a melty marshmallow and crushed peppermint

This experience is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:

Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
