Home to arguably the most complex sauce in the world: Mole, Oaxaca is a culinary mecca for anyone who loves Mexican cuisine.  In this class we will explore these flavors and aromas starting of with Shrimp Aguachile, a minimalist take on ceviche that comes together in minutes.  No Oaxacan table would be complete without Fresh Corn Tortillas, which will be served alongside a delicious fresh-made guacamole.  For the main event, we will cover a Beginner's Mole with Chicken, a streamlined version of a sauce that does not require an entire day to make!  As a classic side dish, we will also cover Mexican-style Rice, an extremely flavorful rice studded with vegetables and colored slightly pink with tomato.  To finish the meal, Sopapillas, a Mexican version of what we would consider in the States to be a beignet.  These we will serve still hot and top with cinnamon sugar and honey!

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule all reservations within 48 hours of the scheduled class time due to low registration and/or extenuating circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your reservation free of charge or provide a full refund.
