ABOUT THIS CLASS

Taking a break from weeknight dinners to introduce a few well-known pastry desserts from around the world to 12 Tomatoes. Starting with a famous creamy egg tart with a flaky crust. We will make these from start to finish in a way you can approach from home. Next, we will be making MOCHI! This is made from cooked rice flour that turns into a gelatinous dough that we stuff with different fillings. Learn with me! Sfogliatelle is that delicious dessert you see in videos that has a bunch of flaky layers. No puff pastry dough, just dough rolled very thin to create layers.
