ABOUT THIS CLASS

Finishing off our month of weeknight dinners to prepare us for fall. These dishes will carry us into the warm, cozy season, starting with a sheet pan apple cider chicken. Spicing up some chicken thighs, potato wedges, and onions then roasting them on a sheet tray and pouring over an apple cider glaze with chunks of apple. Cooking pasta in this French-inspired pasta dish by roasting all the classic ratatouille vegetables and making a sauce to toss with pasta. It's light and veggie-packed! Lastly we are making a country corn casserole with chunks of sausage, spinach, and peppers baked up with cheese. Don't miss this one!
