Southern Italian Supper Club - 06/20/26

Approaching southern Italy in style!  In this class, regions like Capri, Sorrento & Sicily are highlighted.  These hotter regions of these southern regions call for a light, whole-ingredient approach to each recipe, using fresh herbs and citrus to help make each dish pop.  Kicking things off we have a Tomato Panzanella salad using the first harvest of this year's tomatoes. Next up: a delicious Mixed Mushroom Risotto accentuated with a Scallion & Chili Oil.  Showcasing the power of simple, well-executed technique over complexity, our unique take on Poached White Fish Puttanesca will wake up your palette.  With a zesty cherry tomato sauce studded with briny Castelvetrano olives and Calabrian chili, this dish pairs perfectly with Grilled Asparagus & Crispy Prosciutto served over creamy whipped ricotta.  Last but certainly not least: Chocolate Torta Caprese, a classic chocolate cake made using almonds or hazelnuts will provide the perfect sweet note to round out this menu.

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
