Spring in Santorini - 03/29/26

Spring in Santorini - 03/29/26

Food on Santorini is marked by the distinctive land and sea that surround the Greek isle. The rich volcanic soil and the vibrant seafood of the Mediterranean are two hallmarks of the culinary experience from this tiny yet mighty Greek island. We’ve captured the essence of Santorini in this evening’s rich and flavorful menu. Saganaki is a beloved Greek appetizer of a salty, hard cheese coated in flour and pan-fried until golden and crisp on the outside, soft and melty on the inside. The cheese will be enjoyed alongside fresh pita and a Melitzanosalata, a smoky Greek eggplant dip, similar to hummus. Tomatokeftedes are unique to Santorini, made from chopped tomatoes, onions, and herbs, coated in flour and lightly fried until crisp. These are enjoyed with a herby Creamy Cucumber Tzatziki. Our main dish will be a nod to the sea, featuring Olive Oil-poached White Fish in a Greek Olive and Tomato Sauce. Our Greek feast will conclude with an Ekmek Kataifi, a layered dessert made with phyllo, custard, whipped cream, and chopped nuts. Every item on the menu is a celebration of Santorini!
