In this class we will be demystifying the New York steakhouse classics.  First up is a New England staple: Clams Casino - fresh clams on the half shell are topped with bacon and breadcrumbs before being toasted lightly under the broiler until golden brown and delicious.  For the main event, Charbroiled New York Strip with Red Wine Demi Glace served with Duck Fat Potatoes and a creamy, garlicky "Garlic Bread" Broccolini so rich and delicious you'll forget you're eating a vegetable.  Not to be outdone by the savory offerings, for dessert we will be covering how to make real Bananas Foster Flambé!  Served over vanilla ice cream, this sweet and sticky dessert is flavored with brown sugar, cinnamon, and rum that is set ablaze right in front of you in a fiery display that is guaranteed to impress!

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
