This evening presents a tasty homage to the rich culinary traditions of the famed Italian region, Tuscany. Our meal begins with a Tuscan Tomato Panzanella with basil and toasted country bread croutons. Fresh pasta is a must, and our Chef will guide you in the art of pasta-making with a Homemade Fetuccini to be served with Little Neck clams and a pancetta-garlic sauce. A tour of Tuscany wouldn’t be complete without a Grilled Flank Steak Platter served in a red wine reduction and herby gremolata. After a feast of pasta and steak, we will finish the meal on the lighter side, with a delightful, lightly sweet Tuscan Almond Riccarelli Cookie.
This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.
Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule all reservations within 48 hours of the scheduled class time due to low registration and/or extenuating circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your reservation free of charge or provide a full refund.
