This class begins with an assortment of fresh ripe tomatoes assembled with fresh herbs, garlic and vinegars. This Fresh Tuscan Tomato Panzanella with Fresh Basil and Toasted Country Bread Croutons makes a great appetizer or start to a meal. And of course, freshly made pasta is one of the most popular things to do in any Italian kitchen. Let’s hit it old school with Homemade Fettuccine & Little Neck Clams in a Pancetta Garlic Sauce. Modeled after a delicious meat platter Chef Dom ate in Italy, we will plate a Steak charcuterie board of sorts with all fun things for guests to gnash on: Florence Grilled Flank Steak Platter in a Red Wine Reduction with Herby Gremolata -you will fall for this entrée. But wait, we need dessert! How about a crunchy double baked cookie? A classic Italian dessert that you can’t help think of as a coffee dunker? We will finish off the evening with Chewy Tuscan Almond Ricciarelli Cookie for dessert.

This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Cancelation Policy:
Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule all reservations within 48 hours of the scheduled class time due to low registration and/or extenuating circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your reservation free of charge or provide a full refund.
